The 10th Professional Diploma Course in Chinese Restaurant Management
To enhance the knowledge of environmental management for the restaurant trade, the Environmental Protection Department provided a presentation on "Green Restaurant – Environmental Management of the Restaurant Trade" to the students of the Professional Diploma Course in Chinese Restaurant Management at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Chai Wan).
The presentation includes the topics on common pollution problems of restaurants, EPD's Restaurant Partnership Programme, experience sharing of environmental practices, environmental management system, information on environmental performance of the restaurant trade and etc.
