Friendly Visit to Bars in Tai Po
With a view to promoting “good practice on noise control” and “respect the neighbourhood” among bar operators in Tai Po, a publicity campaign was held by the Environmental Protection Department on the evening of 18 Sep 2015. We visited 24 bars with Tai Po district councillors, and colleagues of the Hong Kong Police Force and Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, during which tailor-designed publicity materials including leaflets and coasters were distributed. The event was well received and the message on noise control was successfully delivered.
