Seminar on Handling Cooking Fume Emission from Restaurants
A seminar was jointly organized by Environmental Protection Department, Hong Kong Registered Ventilation Contractors Association and Hong Kong Productivity Council on 14th June, 2016 to introduce legal requirements, the design of ventilation system, good kitchen practices and cooking fume emission control methods in the kitchens of food establishments.
