Pitfalls to Avoid
Under no circumstances during the Closing Meeting should the followings occur:
- Finger pointing
- Lingering on the negatives.
- Inflexibility towards different opinions and disagreements.
- Argument.
- Leaving without agreement on contentious issues or reporting schedule.
