Chevalier Property Management Limited (CPML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Chevalier Group, was established in 1988. With the implementation of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), CPML fulfills our commitment to protect, and conserve the environment, and makes continuous improvements to create pleasant environment for our employees, our customers, related parties and the community.
With the setting up of Environmental Management System (EMS), CPML established the environmental protection policies, objectives and targets for pollution prevention, waste reduction, energy and resources conservation, and enhances waste recycling through implementation of EMS procedures and working instructions. All of our staff focus on relevant legislation requirements and the concern from general public, which helps eliminates the pollution impacts from their operation of works.
A comprehensive monitoring and checking mechanism enables us to monitor our performance on protecting the environment regularly and initiates improvement measures to satisfy our customers' requirements & expectations. In addition, regular trainings and talks on environmental protection are held for our staff and sub-contractors to arouse their awareness on environmental responsibilities.
Through the systematic implementation of EMS, benefits accrued to us are such as raised staff's environmental consciousness and awareness, reduced non-compliance to legislation, raised productivity by reducing unnecessary wastes and improving resources efficiency.
