Headquartered in Hong Kong, Lik Kai Engineering Co., Ltd. and Trustful Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. provide a world-class infrastructure business that specializes in the design, construction, supply, installation and maintenance of buildings and associated services for the construction and related industries.
Lik Lai and Trustful began operations in 1982 and 2007 respectively as wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Sun Hung Kai Properties family of businesses.
Since our inception, we have been committed to providing cutting-edge solutions in the area of building works, electrical engineering, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection, plumbing and drainage. This has included working in partnership with the public and private sectors on installations for commercial, industrial, retail and residential premises.
Sustainability has always been a central part of our ethos. We fully understand the impact of our business operations on the environment, and have therefore adopted green strategies that integrate energy efficiency and sustainable practices into our operation.
Along with the expansion of our operation in recent years, we have seen the imminent necessity of building a systematic structure in our environmental management practices. After months of planning, developing policies, setting targets as well as laying down operating procedures, we successfully implemented and acquired ISO 14001 certification in mid 2011, through the enormous efforts of every member of our 120 staff and all business partners.
Our Integrated Management System incorporating ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 is now an indispensible part of our operation. We are glad to see that our environmental performance, staff consciousness and operating cost have continued to improve.
