Goodwill Management Limited ("Goodwill"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd. ("Henderson"), has been established since 1992. It is a division under the Marketing Department of Henderson. Goodwill is mainly responsible for managing the investment portfolio of Henderson including large-scale shopping arcades, office towers, service apartments and industrial buildings. We manage over 35 properties with the total gross floor areas of over 7,480,000 sq. ft.
We have implemented the ISO14001 Environmental Management System in certain properties (which include the Head Office and Metro City Plaza II in the name of Goodwill as well as Miramar Shopping Centre, Miramar Tower and Hotel Miramar Shopping Arcade in the name of Henderson Real Estate Agency Limited). It is our commitment to exerting green-mind effect to other properties under our management.
The rationale that drives our company to apply for the ISO14001 certification is simple: we concern the environment, where we live and, where we conduct our business.
