Eco Expo Asia 2013
The Eco Expo Asia 2013, jointly organized by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council with co-organization by the Environment Bureau, will be held on 28 – 31 October 2013 at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong. The Eco Expo Asia is a leading international trading platform showcasing the latest innovations in environmental products and services from around the world. This year’s expo features “Sustainable Use of Resources” as a main theme, which has attracted over 270 exhibitors from 18 countries and regions. An Eco Asia Conference will also take place along side the expo from 28 – 30 October. This conference will focus on topics including “Waste Management & Recycling”, “Sustainable Energy & Energy Efficiency” as well as “Green Building”, with over 25 prominent experts in green-tech development from around the world as guest speakers. The expo will be open to the public on 31 October. Events scheduled for this public day include “Dialogue with Secretary for the Environment”, green mart, fora and green workshops.
