Implementation framework of emission trading pilot scheme announced on 30 January
環境保護署和廣東省環境保護局公布《珠江三角洲火力發電廠排污交易試驗計劃》實施方案。《試驗計劃》讓兩地電廠以自願參與的原則，利用市場力量和排污交易的彈性，減少整個地區內的空氣污染物排放。
The Environmental Protection Department and the Guangdong Environmental Protection Bureau announced the implementation framework of the emission trading pilot scheme for thermal power plants in the Pearl River Delta region. The pilot scheme allows thermal power plants from both sides, on voluntary basis, to make use of market forces and the flexibility of emission trading to reduce air pollutant emissions in the whole Region.
