公佈“按風險而釐定的土地污染整治標準”為土地污染評估及整治標準 Promulgation of Risk-based Remediation Goals for Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation
環保署於2007年8月15日公佈“按風險而釐定的土地污染整治標準”取代“荷蘭B標準”成為本地新的土地污染標準，並於即日生效。 此標準根據風險評估的原理和方法而制定，採用此標準帶領香港達到國際水平。 有關詳情，請參閱《受污染土地的評估和整治指引》及《按風險而釐定的土地污染整治標準的使用指引》(只提供英文版本)。
The EPD has promulgated the Risk-based Remediation Goals (RBRGs) on 15 August 2007 to replace the Dutch B levels as new contaminated land standards for Hong Kong with effect from the same day. The RBRGs are based on risk assessment principles and methodologies. Adopting these new standards has brought Hong Kong in line with the international practice of managing contaminated land. For details of the RBRGs, please refer to the "Guidance Note for Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation" and "Guidance Manual for Use of Risk-based Remediation Goals for Contaminated Land Management".
