Sewerage for Pak Shek Kok Development gazetted
A proposal
by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) to build
a public sewerage system to serve the Science Park and other
developments in Pak Shek Kok Development Area was published
in the Government Gazette today (February 16).
The works
will be carried out by the Territory Development Department
at the proposed road network of the Pak Shek Kok Development,
a spokesman for the EPD said.
"It consists
of the construction of sewers of a total length of 3 740 metres
and two sewage pumping stations.
"The
works are scheduled to start in mid-2002 for completion in
mid-2004.
Details
of the proposal, in both English and Chinese, have been posted
on the notice boards near the site of the proposed sewerage
works for public inspection.

proposed sewerage works are available for inspection at the
