Silverstrand
Beach to be re-opened
The Regional
Services Department has been advised to re-open the Silverstrand
beach after samples tested today (Friday) showed that the
beach water quality was normal.
The beach
was closed yesterday as a precautionary measure following
reports of a number of dead fish being washed up onto the
beach.
