Mangrove
The
majority of the mangrove habitats were mapped correctly
with only one site (Site 78 Tai O) mis-identified.
This site was re-classified as Shrubby Grassland.

Intertidal
Mudflat
A
total of 24 sub-sites were surveyed for this habitat
category with 12 of them mapped 100% correctly.
The mis-identified habitat areas were occupied by
either fringe patches of mangrove or sandy substratum
with cobbles of various sizes. The latter was re-classified
as Sandy Shore (Table 6.1g).
