公布“按风险而厘定的土地污染整治标准”为土地污染评估及整治标准 Promulgation of Risk-based Remediation Goals for Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation
环保署于2007年8月15日公布“按风险而厘定的土地污染整治标准”取代“荷兰B标准”成为本地新的土地污染标准，并于即日生效。 此标准根据风险评估的原理和方法而制定，采用此标准带领香港达到国际水平。 有关详情，请参阅《受污染土地的评估和整治指引》及《按风险而厘定的土地污染整治标准的使用指引》(只提供英文版本)。
The EPD has promulgated the Risk-based Remediation Goals (RBRGs) on 15 August 2007 to replace the Dutch B levels as new contaminated land standards for Hong Kong with effect from the same day. The RBRGs are based on risk assessment principles and methodologies. Adopting these new standards has brought Hong Kong in line with the international practice of managing contaminated land. For details of the RBRGs, please refer to the "Guidance Note for Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation" and "Guidance Manual for Use of Risk-based Remediation Goals for Contaminated Land Management".
