「塑胶购物袋环保征费计划」七月实施
Levy scheme on plastic shopping bags to start in July
为了遏止滥用塑胶购物袋的情况，塑胶购物袋环保征费计划将在2009年7月7日起实施。大型或连锁式的超级市场、便利店、个人美容及健康产品零售店会就每个提供给顾客的塑胶购物袋收取5毫。顾客应经常自备购物袋，以避免征费。要了解环保征费计划的详情，可按此处。
To address the indiscriminate use of plastic shopping bags, the environmental levy scheme on plastic shopping bags will commence on 7 July 2009. Chain or large supermarkets, convenience stores, and personal health and beauty product stores would be required to charge 50 cents for each plastic shopping bag provided to customers.
