Application to the EPD Supplier Lists
1. The EPD maintains lists of suppliers of goods and services. Suppliers in the EPD Supplier Lists may be invited to tender for the supply of goods or services, for which they have been included as suppliers.
2. Any firm wished to be included in the EPD Supplier Lists may apply by completing an application form and returning it to the EPD.
3. Application for inclusion in the EPD Supplier Lists is free of charge.
4. Applicants should send the completed application form and the following necessary supporting documents/ information to the EPD (please refer to paragraph 5 below for the address):-
(a) A copy of valid Business Registration Certificate or equivalent documents;
(b) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association (for body corporate only e.g. limited company);
(c) Latest company profile or annual report; and
(d) One set of relevant catalogues and descriptive literature of the stores/ services to be offered.

Suppliers in the EPD Supplier Lists
All suppliers in the EPD Supplier Lists are requested to observe the following:
1. Responsibility of a EPD supplier
(a) To submit correct and updated company particulars including valid business registration certificate (for suppliers from Hong Kong) or company profile/annual report (for suppliers outside Hong Kong), product lines, company restructuring, if any etc;
(b) To respond to EPD tenders;
(c) To comply fully with the contract/order requirements after award of contract/order; and
(d) To minimise the impacts of your activities on the environment. Please refer to our Environmental and Energy Policy of this Department and Guidance Notes for information and reference.
2. Circumstances leading to regulating action (e.g. deletion from the EPD Supplier Lists) including but not limited to the following:
(a) Poor tender response rate;
(b) Poor contract performance;
(c) Bankruptcy; and
(d) Business fraud or any unethical practice.
