Appeal Cases

Only one appeal case was heard by the Appeal Board during the first 3-1/2 years of operation of the Ordinance.

The precedent case was Sheung Shui to Lok Ma Chau Spur Line lodged by Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation in November 2000. The case was subsequently dismissed on 31 July 2001.
