- Please fill in name of the person who sign the application form at bottom of page 2 of the application form.
- The applicant is preferably the main contractor of the construction site concerned.
- If the applicant is a joint venture or consortium company, please provide the names of all the concerned incorporated mother companies.
- If the applicant is a joint venture or consortium company, please provide the Business Registration numbers of all the concerned incorporated mother companies.
- Please provide a copy of the Business Registration Certificate of the applicant.
- Please fill in the correspondence address where you want to receive the result of your application.
- Please provide name, telephone no. (preferably mobile no.) and fax no. of the person who could be contacted for clarification on any particulars of the CNP application.
- Please provide a detailed address of the construction site (such as land lot number, street number, and nearby landmark), and project name, if any.
- provide a plan of appropriate scale (preferably 1:1000) just enough to show a clearly marked boundary of the work area where there are unavoidable constraints on working hours and the locations of any nearby noise sensitive receivers. An updated survey sheet issued by Lands Department is preferred. Please click here for examples.
- If the application involves pile drivers at fixed locations, relative distances of the drivers to the site boundary or grid lines shall be indicated in metres on the submitted plan(s).
- Please indicate previous CNP number, if any.
- Maximum duration should not exceed 9 calendar months.
