The Lai King Disciplined Services Quarters has participated in many environmental protection campaigns organized by EPD, such as the Programme on Source Separation of Domestic Waste, Computer Recycling Programme, Fluorescent Lamp Recycling Programme and Lunar Year-end Recycling Campaign. It promotes these campaigns to residents by displaying relevant posters prominently in common areas and encouraging residents to give their support. These campaigns have all been welcomed by residents.
The Services Quarters has also placed a collection box for recyclables in the refuse room of each residential floor in each block, resulting in an increase in the quantities collected.
